For all faults falling under Kiinteistö Oy Jämsänmäki’s repair and maintenance responsibility please fill in the property-specific fault report form from the list below. Feedback about the property (e.g. cleanliness and lighting of common areas, lawns, snow plowing, etc.) can also be submitted using the same form.
We process fault reports during weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
In urgent cases, on working days please call your property manager or property service manager at 040 721 6777.
Outside working hours or on weekends please call your property maintenance emergency number, which serves also as an emergency number for the key service in the evenings and weekends.
